Messages that appear once in standard Courier font and then appear in another font later in the message have been sent in a format known as "multipart / alternative." Unfortunately, Web Mail cannot always interpret a message sent in this format and displays the content twice in the same message.
You might want to ask senders who use the "multipart / alternative" format to use another format like "plain text." Almost all email programs provide this configuration option.
