If the folder you want to sort is displayed, go
to step 3.
If the folder you want to sort is not displayed, click the Folders
tab. The folders window appears.
In the Folder Name column, click the name of the folder you want to sort.
Click the column
title you want to sort by (From, Subject, Received, or Size). This
folder is sorted according to your selection.
Note: One click sorts in ascending order; two clicks sort in
descending order.
