While you are viewing the Web page you want to send a link for, click in the browser address bar to highlight the Web address.
Press Ctrl-c to save the Web address to the clipboard.
Go to the email message and click where you want to insert the Web address.
Click Ctrl-v
to paste the Web address at that location.
If the address is blue-underlined, clicking it takes the recipient
to that Web page. Continue composing your letter.
If the address is not blue-underlined, continue with the next step.
Click the Options tab.
Under Display Options, next to Link Appearance,
click Highlight URLs.
Note: URL is the acronym for Uniform Resource Locator (the Web
page address).
Click Save. The Web address becomes blue-underlined. When the recipient clicks the Web address, it takes them to that Web page.
