Messages per page

To select the number of email messages displayed on the screen at one time:

1. Click the Options tab.

2. Next to Messages per Page, check the number of messages (10, 25, 50, or 100) you want to appear on each screen.

3. Click Save. A message appears informing you that your options have been updated.

Notes:

• If you select more than 10 messages per page, you can scroll down to view all the messages.

• If the folder contains more messages than the number per page you have selected, you can click one of the small numbers inside the brackets above the right column of the list to view the next screen of messages.
