Secure log in

To log in to your Web Mail using a shared secure server certificate:

Note: Before you can log in to your WebMail on a secure HTTPS connection, contact your Web Site Administrator to determine if you have a domain secure server certificate or a shared certificate for your domain. Additionally, your Web Site Administrator will provide you with your domainís server name and User ID (as displayed on their Web site control panel).

1. Start your Web browser.

2. Type https://server-name/userid/webmail in the address bar (replace server-name with your server name and userid with your user ID).

3. Press Enter. The Web Mail Login screen appears.

4. Type your User ID and Password in the appropriate fields.

5. Press Login. The Inbox folder appears.

Important: Cookies and Java Script must be enabled on your Web browser before you can log in to your Web Mail account.  Contact your Web Site Administrator for assistance.
 

To log in to your Web Mail using a domain secure server certificate:

1. Start your Web browser.

2. Type https://my-domain.com/webmail in the address bar (replace my-domain.com with your domain name).

3. Press Enter. The Web Mail Login screen appears.

4. Type your User ID and Password in the appropriate fields.

5. Press Login. The Inbox folder appears.

Important: Cookies and Java Script must be enabled on your Web browser before you can log in to your Web Mail account.  Contact your Web Site Administrator for assistance.
