Click the Compose tab. A blank new-message form appears.
Click To. The address book appears in a pop-up window.
For each recipient you want to send the message to, select To, Cc, or Bcc.
Click OK. The selected email addresses appear in the appropriate fields.
To continue, type your message in the large blank field.
Check or un-check Include Signature and Save a copy to Sent Folder.
Click Send. After a short pause, a message appears informing you that your mail was sent. The blank new-message form re-appears.
Click the Compose tab. A blank new-message form appears.
Type the email addresses you want to send the message to, in the To field.
Type any email addresses you want to send a copy to, in the Cc field.
Type any email addresses you want to send a blind copy to, in the Bcc field.
To continue, type your message in the large blank field.
