Check the following:
The sender had difficulty sending the email message.
Sometimes technical problems in the sender's email client or mail server
results in an unreadable message.
Web Mail does not currently support extended ASCII character sets, such as Cyrillic or Hebrew. Messages sent or received using any such character set will not be sent or received correctly.
The message might appear as the sender intended.
Occasionally, a sender intended to send a garbled ("artistic")
message. If you think that might be the situation, contact the sender
for clarification regarding the purpose of the message. This can occur
when the message is a drawing or symbol drawn with letters of the alphabet
instead of lines.
If these suggestions do not apply, other technical situations could have corrupted the message while it was in transit. While this is very rare, if it does occur, it usually involves either attachments or images that are included in the body of the message. To solve the problem, request that the message be sent again.
