Click the Compose tab. A blank new-message form appears.
Click To. The address book appears in a pop-up window.
For each recipient you want to send the message to, select To, Cc, or Bcc.
Click OK. The selected email addresses appear in the appropriate fields.
To continue, type your message in the large blank field.
Check or un-check Include Signature and Save a copy to Sent Folder.
Click Send. After a short pause, a message appears informing you that your mail was sent. The blank new-message form re-appears.
